Question 2

What are the check in and check out timings?

Accepted Answer

- Our check in time is 11:00am and check out is 10:00am.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are available ONLY upon request, are subject to availability and are chargeable. 
We will be able to inform you on the availability, only a day prior i.e. when you check in. 
- Unless confirmed by us, early check in or late check out is not allowed.

What is the list of essentials to carry?

Accepted Answer

Guests are required to carry valid photo ID, torches. The supplies in the room include bath towels, soap, and our own filtered bore well. You are requested to carry any other item of your choice which is not provided by us, for example shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, face wash, cotton wipes, hair drier earbuds etc.

What is the scope for bird and wild life watching?

Accepted Answer

- There is immense scope for exploring birds, butterflies, insects etc. 
- If lucky enough, one can encounter a few varieties of reptiles also, however no wild animals enter the premises.
- Ofcourse, there will be mosquitoes and other small insects that you would expect on a farm,  
- We provide mosquito nets on the beds at night as well mosquito repellent.

Food & Beverage Queries

Accepted Answer

- The menu is fixed and we do not serve multiple styles of cuisine. We do not have an a-la-carte facility. 
- Any Jain, vegan and/or specific food requirements need to be conveyed during booking period..  
- The food menus are pre-decided as per the availability of the local produce. No changes in the menu after check-in. 
- The kitchen staff have functioning timings. Kindly respect them and be present for your meal.
- There is a restaurant named Stop Over about 4kms from the property and a dhaba named Benuda Dhaba around 3kms from the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

•All bookings must be made in advance as walk-ins are not entertained. 
•We prioritise bookings on first come first serve basis.
•We require 100% advance for confirmation.
•Booking cancelled 18 days prior to the date of arrival will attract no cancellation charges.
•Booking cancelled between 18 days to 12 days prior to the date of arrival will attract 50 % cancellation charges of the total stay amount.
•Booking cancelled between 12 days to 0 days prior to the date of arrival will attract 100% cancellation charges of the total stay amount.
•Booking cannot be postponed to any other future dates.

General Terms

Accepted Answer

- Kondhan is a property immersed in nature. Children on the property, are the responsibility of the accompanying adult. We shall not be held responsible for any bites or injuries, while on the property. Every adult on the property is responsible for themselves.
- We shall not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage of personal belongings.
- Mobile network is not guaranteed. Reliance Jio and Vodafone work well. 
- Television and loud music is avoided in order to maintain seclusion and enhance your relationship with nature.
- No smoking permitted in the house.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted within limits. Any damage to property will be borne by the guests.
- No eatables permitted inside the rooms and living areas. there are chances of entry of ants and rats to eat residue or leftovers.
- Eatables can be eaten in the verandah and dining area.
- We do not serve alcohol or have MRP counter (for chips, beverages, etc).
